Because of our licensing under the rules of adult foster care in the State of Michigan we must adhere to pre-established admissions criteria.
This includes completing a Resident Assessment and Resident Care Agreement.
This helps us to ensure we have all of the background information we need on each prospective resident in order to satisfy all of your caregiving needs.
In addition the Resident Care Agreement allows us to ensure all parties have the same expectations regarding the Plan of Care.
